Game routing explained

Route the game, not your whole PC.

AtlasGG is a selective game-routing service. It applies routes to supported game destinations so you can test a different network path without tunnelling unrelated traffic.

Route quality depends on your ISP, location and the game destination. AtlasGG does not guarantee a specific ping reduction.

Game routing

Why the path matters.

Your ISP chooses normal internet routes automatically. Those routes are not always the most useful path to a particular game destination. AtlasGG gives supported game traffic another path to try.

01

Destination-specific

AtlasGG routes approved game destinations rather than every connection made by Windows.

02

Multiple relay paths

Choose from direct exits or selected multi-hop routes across the AtlasGG network.

03

Measured choices

The client shows current route estimates so you can compare paths before connecting.

VPN vs game routing

Not a full-device tunnel.

A traditional VPN often sends most or all device traffic through one server. AtlasGG is built around supported game destinations, keeping unrelated applications on the normal connection.

Route results vary

Latency, jitter and packet loss depend on your ISP, physical distance, congestion and the destination network. A different route can help in some cases and be neutral or worse in others.
