1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an AtlasGG account, purchasing a subscription, joining the affiliate program, downloading the AtlasGG client or otherwise using AtlasGG, you agree to these Terms and to comply with applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use AtlasGG.

AtlasGG is an independent game-routing service. References to “AtlasGG”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the operator of the AtlasGG service.

2. The service

AtlasGG provides network routing for supported online games by directing selected game traffic through AtlasGG relay infrastructure. AtlasGG is not a general-purpose VPN, anonymity service, proxy, file-download service or internet connection replacement.

Routes, relay locations, supported games and features may change as the service develops. We may add, remove, relocate or temporarily disable routes or features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, capacity, provider changes or service improvement.

3. Accounts and account security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account where that activity results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Accounts are personal and may not be sold, rented, shared as a commercial service or used to provide AtlasGG access to third parties. Unless AtlasGG states otherwise, one account may have one active AtlasGG routing session at a time.

You must notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use and prohibited activity

You may use AtlasGG only for legitimate use of supported games and related AtlasGG features. You must not:

• use AtlasGG as a general-purpose VPN, proxy, anonymisation service, download tunnel or traffic relay for unrelated services;
• use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, malicious or disruptive activity;
• attempt to bypass service limits, access controls, authentication, relay restrictions or security measures;
• probe, attack, overload, interfere with or gain unauthorised access to AtlasGG systems, users or providers;
• resell, rent, sublicense or commercially share access to AtlasGG without written permission;
• reverse engineer, modify or misuse AtlasGG software except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or
• use AtlasGG in a way that violates the rules or rights of a game, platform, network provider or third party.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, the service is being abused, or action is needed to protect AtlasGG, its users, providers or third parties.

5. Subscriptions, pricing and billing

Paid AtlasGG access is billed at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled unless the checkout page states otherwise.

Prices may change in the future. A price change will not retroactively alter a billing period that has already been paid. Where required, we will provide notice before a changed recurring price takes effect.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. AtlasGG does not store full payment-card details on its own servers.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the available billing controls. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.

Except where required by law or expressly agreed by AtlasGG, payments are not automatically refundable merely because part of a billing period is unused, a route performs differently from expected, a particular game server changes, or the user's own internet connection is unstable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, refund right or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including where applicable the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Service performance and third-party dependencies

AtlasGG depends on the public internet, internet service providers, data centres, hosting providers, transit providers, game networks and other third-party infrastructure. Latency, packet loss, route quality and availability can change for reasons outside our control.

We do not guarantee a particular ping reduction, route, server location, uninterrupted connection, availability percentage, game compatibility or performance result. AtlasGG will make reasonable efforts to operate and maintain the service, but temporary outages, maintenance and routing changes may occur.

AtlasGG is not responsible for decisions made by game publishers, anti-cheat systems, platforms, internet providers or other third parties. You are responsible for checking and complying with the rules that apply to the games and services you use.

8. Software and intellectual property

The AtlasGG website, client, branding, software, graphics and other service materials are owned by or licensed to AtlasGG and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, AtlasGG grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the client for its intended purpose.

Third-party components remain subject to their own licences and terms.

9. Affiliate program

Approved AtlasGG affiliates may receive a unique referral link or code. The standard commission is 25% of a referred customer's first qualifying paid AtlasGG subscription payment only. Renewal payments do not generate recurring commission unless AtlasGG expressly states otherwise.

Referral attribution may use browser storage for up to 30 days before the referred person creates an account. Once a valid referral is attached to an account, a qualifying first subscription payment may generate a commission.

Affiliate commissions remain pending for 30 days after the qualifying payment. Pending commissions may be cancelled or voided if the underlying payment is refunded, disputed, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise invalid. Available affiliate payouts are currently made manually by PayPal or bank transfer using the payout details provided by the affiliate.

Self-referrals, fake accounts, misleading promotion, spam, fraudulent traffic, referral manipulation, account cycling and other attempts to obtain commission improperly are prohibited.

AtlasGG reserves the right to deny, withhold, cancel, reverse or delay an affiliate commission or payout where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, self-referral, invalid or misleading traffic, a refunded or disputed payment, a breach of these Terms or affiliate rules, inaccurate payout information, a legal or compliance issue, or another reasonable basis showing that the payout is not valid or should not be processed. We may request information reasonably necessary to review a payout. Any such action remains subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

AtlasGG may change, suspend or discontinue the affiliate program or change commission terms for future referrals. Changes will not be used to remove a valid commission that has already been earned except where that commission later becomes invalid under these Terms.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using AtlasGG at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of a breach of these Terms, fraud, payment abuse, security risk, unlawful use, serious service abuse or a legal requirement.

Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred. Where a refund or other remedy is required by law, that right continues to apply.

11. External links and third-party services

AtlasGG may link to or integrate with third-party services. Those services are controlled by their respective operators and may have separate terms and privacy practices. A link or integration does not mean AtlasGG controls or guarantees that third party.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasGG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from events outside our reasonable control, including failures of third-party networks, hosting providers, game services, internet providers or other external infrastructure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

13. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to AtlasGG, our business practices, legal requirements or security needs. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Where a change materially affects existing paid users and notice is required by law, we will provide appropriate notice.
