1. About this Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the AtlasGG website, account dashboard, Windows client, game-routing service, affiliate program and related support interactions. References to “AtlasGG”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the operator of the AtlasGG service.

2. Information you provide

Depending on how you use AtlasGG, you may provide:

• account information such as your email address and password;
• support messages and information you choose to send us;
• subscription and billing-related information needed to associate your AtlasGG account with our payment provider;
• affiliate information such as your referral code and payout preference; and
• if you choose affiliate payouts, a PayPal email address or bank-transfer details such as account-holder name, bank name, routing/BSB/sort code, account number or IBAN, and optional SWIFT/BIC information.

Passwords are stored as password hashes rather than readable passwords. Affiliate payout details stored by AtlasGG are encrypted before being written to the AtlasGG database.

3. Information generated when you use AtlasGG

AtlasGG processes technical and service information required to operate game routing and account access. This may include:

• device and authentication identifiers;
• WireGuard public keys and assigned tunnel addresses;
• the AtlasGG route or relay selection associated with an active session;
• connection state, recent handshake information and traffic counters such as bytes sent and received;
• IP address and basic request/network information processed by our website, API, hosting or security infrastructure where necessary to provide and secure the service;
• service errors, diagnostics and operational logs; and
• browser, operating-system and device information that may be present in ordinary web or application requests.

AtlasGG is designed to route supported game traffic. We do not need the contents of your game communications in order to provide ordinary routing functionality.

4. Referral and browser storage

If you visit AtlasGG through an affiliate link, AtlasGG may store the referral code in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days. This allows the referral to remain attributed if you register hours or days after first following the link.

The AtlasGG website also uses browser storage for sign-in tokens and other settings needed to keep you signed in and operate the dashboard. Clearing browser or site data may remove these locally stored values.

5. Payments

Subscription payments are handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. AtlasGG may receive and store identifiers and status information such as a payment-provider customer ID, subscription ID, subscription status, billing-period information, invoice or payment references and refund/dispute status.

AtlasGG does not store your full payment-card number or card security code on its own servers. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

6. Affiliate data

If you join the AtlasGG affiliate program, we may process your affiliate code, referral-link clicks, attributed signups, qualifying customers, commission amounts, commission status, payout history and payout references.

We use this information to attribute referrals, calculate the first-month 25% commission, apply the 30-day pending period, detect abuse, review payout eligibility and record manual PayPal or bank payouts.

7. How we use information

We use information where reasonably necessary to:

• create and secure accounts;
• authenticate users and maintain sessions;
• provide, monitor and troubleshoot game-routing services;
• manage subscriptions, billing status, cancellations and access;
• operate the affiliate program and manual payouts;
• prevent fraud, abuse, attacks and unauthorised use;
• respond to support requests;
• maintain and improve AtlasGG reliability and capacity;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms; and
• protect AtlasGG, our users, providers and third parties.

8. Who we may share information with

We may share information only where reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate AtlasGG, such as payment processors, hosting and data-centre providers, network/transit providers, email providers, security providers and professional advisers.

We may also disclose information where required by law, court order or valid legal process; where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents; to protect legal rights or safety; or in connection with a genuine sale, merger, restructuring or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

9. International processing

AtlasGG operates network infrastructure and may use service providers in more than one country. As a result, information may be processed or stored outside your state, territory or country. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use service providers and safeguards appropriate to the information being handled.

10. Security

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect AtlasGG data, including HTTPS/TLS for web traffic, password hashing, restricted authentication tokens and encryption of stored affiliate payout details.

No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, device and email account.

11. Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide AtlasGG, maintain security, administer subscriptions and affiliate payouts, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal, accounting or record-keeping requirements.

Different information may be retained for different periods. We may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, payout or legal records after an account is closed where reasonably necessary or required by law.

12. Your choices and rights

You may update certain account or affiliate payout information through the AtlasGG dashboard. You may also contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information. Your rights depend on the laws that apply to you, and some information may need to be retained for security, billing, fraud-prevention or legal reasons.

You can remove locally stored AtlasGG website data using your browser's site-data controls, although doing so may sign you out or remove referral attribution.

13. Children

AtlasGG is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent or another legal basis is required. If you believe a child has provided information in circumstances where this should not have occurred, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as AtlasGG changes or as legal and operational requirements change. The current version will be posted here with its effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
